Car keys, remapping and diagnostics in Digbeth
We cover Digbeth (B5, B9) and travel to your home, work or roadside. Tell us your reg and what has happened and we give a fixed quote before we set off.
Digbeth is the city's Irish Quarter, all railway arches, the Custard Factory and late-night venues around the coach station. Terraced streets and market roads mean parking can be tight, so we agree the exact spot — your street, a side road or a nearby car park — when you call.

City Centre: good to know
Birmingham's core — the Bullring and Grand Central, the markets, Digbeth's warehouses and the Jewellery Quarter's workshops. Tight streets, multi-storey car parks and busy loading bays. Tell us exactly where the car is — level and bay number in a car park — and we'll work around it.
Questions about this part of town
I'm stuck in a multi-storey car park — can you reach me?
Yes. Give us the car park name, level and bay number, plus your reg. We carry everything in the van, so as long as we can get to the car, we can work on it.
What if there's nowhere to park near my car?
City-centre streets are tight, especially around Digbeth and the markets. If we can't work safely at the exact spot, we'll agree the nearest workable place with you before we set off.
Do you work evenings in the city centre?
Call-outs for keys and non-starts run around the clock. For remaps and booked diagnostics, daytime slots are usually easier in the centre — we'll arrange a time that suits.
